Destinations Credit Union strives to provide exceptional service to its members, at all times, that is compliant with Credit Union policies, procedures, and all legal and regulatory requirements and guidance that apply to Credit Unions.

In the event that an individual (member or non- member) would like to express any dissatisfaction, Destinations Credit Union accepts complaints made verbally, either in person to staff while on Credit Union premises; by telephone to a staff member at any Credit Union phone number or left on any Credit Union voice mail; in writing delivered to any Credit Union office; via fax to a Credit Union fax number; and via email at any Credit Union email address. The Supervisory Committee also accepts complaints at its designated mailing address provided below.
